GRP water tanks, built to your capacity and site
We manufacture fibreglass (GRP) water tanks at our factory in Ajman for potable water, chemical storage and industrial process duty across the UAE. Cylindrical, rectangular and sectional panel tanks, moulded to the capacity and footprint your site allows rather than supplied from a fixed catalogue.
Tank types we build
- Cylindrical tanks — vertical or horizontal, for water and chemical storage
- Rectangular tanks — where the plant room or plinth dictates a square footprint
- Sectional panel tanks — bolted together on site where a one-piece tank cannot be delivered through the access
- Underground tanks — laminated for burial loads and backfill
- Process vessels and scrubber towers — to your drawing
Why GRP rather than steel or concrete
- It does not corrode. No internal lining to maintain, no rust in the stored water.
- It does not taint. Correctly specified food-grade resin systems are used where the tank holds potable water.
- It is light. A GRP tank can be craned into position and mounted on a lighter plinth than a concrete equivalent.
- It suits the Gulf. UV-stabilised gel coat on external tanks, and insulated construction where the water temperature matters.
- It is repairable. Damage is laminated over on site rather than requiring replacement.
