On-site lining works
GRP lining, applied on site by our own crews
Where a structure already exists and has to be made watertight or chemically resistant, we laminate GRP directly onto it. Concrete tanks, bunds, wet rooms, gutters and roofs are lined in place by our own crews, scheduled around your shutdown window rather than ours.
Where we apply it
- Tank and bund lining — containment that has to hold what it is given, including after a spill
- Steam, shower and wet room lining — seamless, with no joints for water to find
- Gutter and valley gutter lining — the repair that stops a roof leaking without replacing the gutter
- Flat roof lining — a continuous membrane laminated in place
- Pond and water feature lining
- Planter lining and liners — keeping irrigation water away from the structure
- Vehicle lining — tipper and tanker bodies
Why lining rather than replacing
A lined structure keeps its existing foundations, walls and connections. The downtime is measured in days rather than weeks, the cost is a fraction of demolition and rebuild, and the finished surface is a single continuous laminate with no seams or fixings for a leak to start at.
