GRP manholes and benching
GRP manhole chambers that sewer gas cannot eat
Concrete manholes in a sewer network are attacked from the inside. Hydrogen sulphide in the airspace converts to sulphuric acid on the wet crown and eats the concrete and its reinforcement. A GRP chamber has no cement for the acid to attack and no steel to corrode, which is why GRP is specified for the chambers that matter across UAE infrastructure works.

Built around your drainage drawing
Pipe inlets and outlets are laminated into the base at the angle and invert level the drawing calls for, so the channel through the chamber is continuous GRP with no jointed transitions to leak or erode. Benching is formed to fall towards the channel. Each chamber is marked with its reference before despatch so the right unit reaches the right location.
