FRP for plant environments where steel corrodes
Fibre Reinforced Plastic covers our engineered structural and access products — the items specified where steel rusts, needs repainting, or conducts electricity it should not. FRP does none of those things, weighs a fraction of steel, and is manufactured at our factory in Ajman for projects across the UAE.
What we manufacture in FRP

Why plants specify FRP over steel
- It does not corrode. No painting, no galvanising, no rust staining — which matters in water treatment, chemical plant and coastal sites across the UAE.
- It does not conduct. FRP is electrically non-conductive, so it is specified around substations and electrical plant.
- It is light. Roughly a quarter the weight of steel for an equivalent grating panel, so two people can lift and place what would otherwise need lifting gear.
- It is non-slip. Grating is supplied with a gritted top surface, which holds its slip resistance as it wears rather than becoming polished.
- It lasts. Service life is measured in decades with cleaning as the only maintenance.

What to send us for a quote
- The opening or area to be covered, with dimensions
- The load it must carry, and whether it is pedestrian or vehicle traffic
- The chemical exposure and operating temperature, if any
- Ladder height and whether a safety cage is required
- For tanks: capacity, footprint and whether the location allows a one-piece unit
