Glass Reinforced Plastic is the material we build most of our work in — a glass-fibre reinforcement in a cured polymer matrix, moulded to shape rather than fabricated. It does not corrode, needs no painting because the colour is pigmented into the gel coat in the mould, and can be made to almost any form a mould can be built for.

Pipe, manhole and lamination work
Large-diameter GRP pipes, manhole chambers and shafts, laminated by hand in our Ajman factory. Pipe inlets and channels are laminated into the chamber base so the flow path is continuous GRP with no jointed transitions to corrode.
Portable toilets
Single and multi-cabin GRP toilet units, moulded as one-piece shells with the colour pigmented into the gel coat. Built for site and event use in Gulf conditions, and produced from our own moulds so repeat orders carry no tooling cost.

Specifying the right laminate
Resin selection, not the moulding, decides what a vessel can hold. General-purpose polyester suits water and mild solutions; isophthalic and vinylester resins handle acids, alkalis and oxidising agents; phenolic systems are specified where fire performance governs. Send us the medium, its concentration and its operating temperature and we will specify the resin and laminate schedule against it.
